Gullibles Travels Liliput

(Liliput is also known as Madurodam in Netherlands)

In our travels, we have come across many strange places and many strange peoples.

We visited Liliput (The natives call it Madurodam) in the summer.

Liliput is quite modern. It is well connected by flights, railway and ships. The people are very much interested in both the indoor and outdoor sports. The indoor stadium and the outdoor stadium shown in the photos are a testimony to this.

They are also fun-loving. There is a photo of fair ground with giant wheel, merry-go-round etc. However, the children in the photo belong to the race of Giants i.e. us, the Homo sapiens.

This itsy-bitsy kingdom is ruled over by a benevolent Emperor. The prominent buildings in the city center are The Palace and the Cathedral.

People are broad-minded and secular but many follow the Roman Catholic Church.

Alas, this Liliput is frozen in time.

There are many visitors from our own Race of the Giants to this city and they are treated courteously.

If you are visiting Amsterdam, a side-trip to the Liliput would be an added attraction.
